Mussels on the menu

For some delicious mussel recipes check out 'Irish Mussel Cuisine', a cookbook by Máirín Ui Chomáin, first published in 2011 by the Connemara Mussel Festival. The book was inspired by the festival, a celebration of Killary mussels which takes place every May Bank Holiday weekend on Renvyle Peninsula in North Connemara.
